RFP No. 2026-01 PHASE III – Seeley County Water District - JOHN ROBERT BATES MEMORIAL PARK - Urban Greening Project
Project Summary: 

The John Robert Bates Memorial Park Phase III Project consists of landscaping and community garden improvements, including  connecting existing park walkway to the community garden, refurbishment and integration of three existing NASA Domes as shade structures inside the community garden, installation of an ADA-accessible planter, and installation of a complete irrigation system with required gopher protection.

This is one (1) project; however, it must be bid as Project A and Project B to separate funding sources. Each funding source has distinct administrative and payment requirements.

Bidders may submit a proposal for the entire project (Projects A and B combined), for Project A only, for Project B only, and/or for the identified additive bid items.
